Flood Stage features work by fifty-five poets who live in and around St. Louis. Matt Freeman, whose three books of poetry include his most recent, Darkness Never Far selected these poets as the best representatives of the St. Louis poetry community. His keen eye is clearly evident in his selection of poems to include in this anthology. These poems reflect the diversity of the St. Louis poetry community and more importantly the talent of our St. Louis poets.
